Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • Customer service support for suppliers’ and retailers’ accounts; Main focus is on supporting the expansion of industry verticals
  • Provide in-house support to the Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, and enquiries pertaining to targeted and current accounts.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and external customers, in accordance to their requested format.
  • Follow up on clients’ outstanding payment, invoice verification and handle rate disputes.

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding/ Logistics industry in the area of sales support and liaising with customers
  • Good communication skill and a team player with positive working attitude
  • IT savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Mystery Shopper

Responsibilities: 

  • Should be available to carry out evaluations anytime on the date given.
  • Shopping period will be on asap
  • Visits cannot be conducted on other than the date provided.
  • Preferable Chinese female (China/Taiwan/Hong Kong National at Singapore), fluent English and Mandarin.
  • You MUST able to submit a detailed written report within 24 hours after the visit.
  • Visit location is within shopping mall vicinity.
  • Shopper Payment SGD 50.00

Requirements:
• Mature, professional, observant and is able to spoke in Chinese (Mandarin/Hokkein/Cantonese).
